It would seem that the hard work of the Reds’ middle management, starting wi Nick Krall, has kind of “saved Phil’s bacon,” so to speak. The product that has been on the field this season has been just excellent. In fact, it might not be outlandish to say that, with better starting pitching, this team not only could contend, they flat out would and, hey, they might anyway. The series win in Baltimore against a team with the second best record in baseball, has really gotten all of us Reds fans excited.

I mean the Reds have a winning record and are in 1st place in their division at the 81 game mark. Who thought that would happen!??!

The Williams brothers didn’t do some smart things, Marge was the good old old-time girl that blistered the ass’s of the male owners. The produce king is not doing well in anything he’s doing, comments should come from him not second fiddle Phil! Go Reds while you can!

This year’s credit should go to Krall, not the Castellinis…….except for a large credit being they did hire him! Only half of the Big 162…….ultimately, maybe there will be no credit given. Sure would help if Elly could learn to hit Uncle Charlie!

They should make sure he never goes in front of a microphone ever again. With all the good vibes surrounding this team, Phil is the last person we need to hear from.

Phil has been blessedly quiet since the Rosie's luncheon (which - having been there - I thought was something of a tempest in a teapot). And the Reds are in first place at the end of June. Baseball never ceases to surprise and amaze.
