Today, we refute the silliness of Joe-v-Jake, ponder the problems in Pittsburgh, celebrate the beginning of the end of winter and pay tribute to the one-and-only Otto. Tell everyone you know — and everyone you don’t — what they’re missing in This Space.

Sometimes, topics are simply too dumb to be discussed. The Earth has never been flat, as far as I know. Normal folks don’t go around banning Huckleberry Finn from public schools and libraries. It’s a non-issue.

Only now, in this age of TikTok weirdness, nothing is dumb enough to insult our collective intelligence. Not even a fan-ly notion that St. Joe Burrow should be excommunicated from the Church of Holy Bengaldom to make way for the Jake Browning Era. It’s quite possibly the worst idea since someone decided Milt Pappas would look good in Red.
