Today’s Hemingway is Don Aerni. I’d asked a few weeks ago why people run. Specifically, what moves someone to put one foot in front of the other for 26.2 miles, not to mention the training involved even to consider it. Don took me up on the question. He’s a good one to do so, having run 15 Flying Pigs. His son is a Flying Pig winner.
This year’s Pig is May 5. I’m thinking those of you taking part will understand Don’s motivations.
